Brighten Life Home Health is seeking a part-time/PRN Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services in Utah. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Utah.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and participate in therapy screenings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide PT services to improve mobility, strength, and function.
