Job summary

Phoenix Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to develop and implement rehab programs aimed at restoring function and improving movement. You will coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team and supervise assistants and aides while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

• Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment.

• Uses therapeutic procedures, exercise, or equipment to restore movement, strength, or flexibility.

Position Summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to use a variety of equipment including telephone, writing instruments, PC, fax and physical therapy equipment.
