Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Big Spring, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to provide comprehensive rehab services across age groups. You will assess patients, design and adjust individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinicians to support recovery.

You will document progress, participate in discharge planning, mentor staff, uphold safety and infection control, and champion evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• DPT required and current PT license.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
