HIDEF is redefining physical therapy in the Pacific Northwest and seeks elite PTs to grow with us. In a true 1:1 care model, you’ll treat patients with 45‑minute visits, supported by mentorship and a collaborative, sports medicine team.

We offer a competitive base salary with performance bonuses and commissions, a 401(k), comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, PTO and holidays, a paid mentorship program, and flexible scheduling (4- or 5‑day weeks). WA license required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Completion of required background checks and credentials prior to onboarding

Our compensation model is made up of a base salary with commission based on the number of visits seen. We see this as way of rewarding our great clinicians. We also have added bonuses based on performance.

• Competitive salary plus performance bonuses tied to the impact you create

• 401(k) eligibility at 1 year

• $1,000+ annual CE budget plus hosted courses

• Medical, dental, and vision through Regence BCBS, with tiered Gold, Silver, and Bronze options and a HIDEF premium offset up to $250

• PTO starting at 80 hours and scaling with tenure, plus 40 hours of sick leave

• Flexible scheduling: a four- or five-day week, your choice
