ClearSky Health in Baytown, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, review histories, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and mobility.

As a Physical Therapist you’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence, professional development and delivering high quality patient care that helps restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities for patients experiencing injuries or disease.
A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
