The physical therapist will accurately assess, differently diagnose, and identify deficits in a patient’s ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. They develop an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability and work with the individual to prevent the loss of mobility.
