Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Irmo is seeking a full-time physical therapist to deliver inpatient PT services and oversee patient care plans in a modern rehab setting.

You will assess patients, supervise treatments, and tailor plans to each individual’s needs while supporting recovery and comfort. A strong emphasis on communication with patients and teamwork is required to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.
