OrthoArizona in Avondale, AZ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic and sports medicine team. You will develop personalized treatment plans, help patients regain mobility, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver best-in-class outpatient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive outpatient care.
• Assist patients in recovering movement and restoring function using PT techniques.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff.
• Pursue continuing education and participate in mentoring programs for professional growth.

We’re looking for new and experienced physical therapists who are excited to

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, surgeons, athletic trainers, and sports performance experts—to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to outpatient care.
• Assist patients in recovering movement, reducing discomfort, and restoring function using specialized physical therapy techniques.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Trainers, and Aides.
• Develop your skills through a generous continuing education program that supports certification and credentialing.

Your experience should include

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Valid Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist
• Current CPR certification
