Job summary

Intune Physical Therapy, supporting Spero Rehab in the Austin and Houston areas, is hiring a Physical Therapist. Join a patient‑centered clinic focused on movement and rehabilitation, with opportunities to impact diverse populations.

We welcome part‑time, full‑time, and PRN shifts, offering comprehensive benefits, CE support, and a community‑oriented work culture. Eligible clinicians may commute between markets as needed.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT from CAPTE‑accredited program or eligible to obtain.
• State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain.
• Successful NPTE completion or eligibility to take exam.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
• Support clinic growth and community engagement activities as needed.

Role Summary

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who combines clinical excellence with genuine care to help our diverse patient population overcome mobility challenges and achieve their functional goals.

• We are open to part-time, full-time, and PRN shift preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment techniques
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
• Participate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement. Frequency may vary by market, business need, and role.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferred
• State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferred
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred
• Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Team-oriented approach to patient care
