We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate has a desire to grow as a therapist in orthopedics and sports medicine. Board certification in these areas are preferential, but not necessary.

Forza Physical Therapy is an independently owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic serving Kennebec County. We have a strong background in sport and orthopedics with a long-standing history of working with individuals of all backgrounds, from youth to weekend warriors to professional athletes. Our mission centers on providing evidence-based care that meets the specific needs of each client.We serve to provide clients with what they need for independent and long-term success during and well beyond their treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Monitor and document patient progress in Prompt EMR system
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment)
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• New grads welcome to apply; mentorship available
• Preference will be given to candidates with strong sports medicine backgrounds and/or those with diverse care experience and specialty certifications
• Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year based on experience, qualifications, and specialty certifications

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, [Typical Hours]
