Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine offers a Full Time Physical Therapist I position. New graduates welcome and sign-on bonus available. Expect Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with a 40.00–50.01/hour pay range and a strong emphasis on one-on-one patient care in hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate/Certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist I delivers evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.00 to $50.01 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
