Arizona Pain seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our integrated pain clinic. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Grow with a dedicated care team across Chandler and Scottsdale clinics, guiding PTAs and staff while documenting progress in our EHR system and educating patients for long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and active Arizona Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy is required.
• Experience in multidisciplinary healthcare settings is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to travel to Chandler and Scottsdale clinics

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit at computer terminal for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate via telephone.
• Ability to communicate in an active office environment.
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
