Job summary

Professional Case Management in Texas is seeking Physical Therapists to provide in‑home care. You’ll assess and treat clients in their homes, deliver one‑on‑one therapy, and enjoy a flexible schedule that supports your personal and professional goals.

We offer $61 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match and PTO. Required: degree from an APTA‑approved PT program, an active Texas PT license, CPR, and TB test.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
