We are seeking a casual Physical Therapist to join our team at Concordia at Rebecca Residence. The Physical Therapist works as a member of an in-house interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, which oversees each resident’s physical therapy and restorative plan of care.

Your role as the Physical Therapist

Involvement in positive rehab environment fostering career advancement.

Performs a comprehensive evaluation of residents/patients with a focus on short-term rehab/sub-acute population applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests.

Develops the plan of care with a teamwork approach including the physician, resident/patient, family and other team members with revisions made based on patient condition.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
