Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Albuquerque, NM. The position is full-time (35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, no weekends) with a pay range of $40-$55 per hour.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of PT experience and a current state license. You will assess patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on home exercises while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of PT techniques and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities, medical history and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Use PT techniques and exercises to improve mobility, strength and ROM.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercises and techniques.
• Coordinate patient care with doctors and nurses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Job Summary:
