Job summary

Community Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Floater to support our growing team across multiple Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role offers variety and stability, with travel between facilities while maintaining a standard 40-hour week.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work. We provide paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and a $200 monthly gas allowance.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to travel between assigned facilities.
• SNF experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Floater to support our growing team across multiple Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities.

This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys meeting new teams, working in different communities, and having variety throughout the week rather than being assigned to just one building.

As a PT Floater, you'll travel between our Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities. You're on the clock while traveling between facilities, giving you the opportunity to experience different buildings and patient populations while still enjoying the consistency of a full-time schedule.
