Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with security background required.
• Five+ years of physical security or related experience.
• Formal TSCM training or qualification.
• Experience using TSCM equipment and methodologies.
• Experience protecting sensitive communications and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations at the Longmont site.
• Conduct physical security risk assessments and develop mitigations.
• Oversee access control, video surveillance, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with facilities, law enforcement, and third-party security providers.
• Plan and conduct TSCM inspections of executive spaces and hotels.
• Prepare TSCM reports and brief leadership on findings.
