Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Physical Security Threat Intelligence Officer to help develop and implement threat intel strategies protecting assets, personnel and operations. You will analyze security threats, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities include threat assessment, intelligence collection, risk mitigation, incident response, reporting to senior management, and training security staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in physical security or threat intelligence.
• CPP/PSP certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct threat assessments to identify physical security risks.
• Collect and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead incident response and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Prepare reports and briefings for senior management.
• Provide threat intelligence training to security personnel.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with laws and industry standards.
