Citizens Bank seeks a Physical Security Threat Intelligence Officer to help develop and implement threat intelligence strategies protecting the bank’s assets, personnel, and operations.

You will analyze threats, gather intelligence from multiple sources, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and lead incident responses while reporting to senior management. Training and compliance are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in physical security, threat intelligence, or related field.
• Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Threat Analysis: Conduct comprehensive threat assessments to identify potential risks to physical security.
• Intelligence Gathering: Collect and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources and stay updated on global threats.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Incident Response: Lead response to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior management.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for security personnel on threat intelligence and risk mitigation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies.
• Compliance: Ensure operations comply with laws and standards.
• Emergency Notifications/Communications: Send emergency notifications when needed.
