Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in physical security or related field.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to sites may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security initiatives with technical support and project management.
• Support implementation of security systems meeting operational needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT and Regulatory teams.
• Coordinate vendor management and security deployments.
• Test and troubleshoot alarms and access control devices; ensure system integrity.
• Develop installation/design standards for security components.
• Ensure NERC CIP compliance and documentation.
• Manage budgets and forecasting for security projects.
