Job summary
ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a seasoned Physical Security, Crisis Management & Business Continuity Analyst (Evergreen) to bolster North America security and resilience programs.
You will enhance physical security, crisis preparedness, emergency management, and continuity planning across diverse facilities and teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in security, resilience, or emergency operations, with strong risk assessment and stakeholder communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Engineering, IT, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Military Studies, Business, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in physical security, emergency management, crisis management, business continuity, resilience, or related environments.
- Experience supporting security systems, emergency response activities, crisis preparedness programs, business continuity initiatives, or resilience programs.
- Knowledge of physical security, incident management, emergency management, business continuity, or organizational resilience principles.
Responsibilities
- Support physical security programs and technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related security systems.
- Assist with crisis management, emergency preparedness, and incident response activities, helping maintain plans and response protocols.
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk reviews with corrective action tracking and mitigation.
- Support business continuity and resilience programs, including business impact analyses and continuity planning.
- Coordinate tabletop exercises, training sessions, drills, and after-action reviews to improve readiness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers on security and resilience initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications to support decision-making.

In this role, you'll contribute to physical security, crisis preparedness, emergency management, and business continuity initiatives that help ensure business operations can continue through evolving risks and disruptions. You'll work with teams across the organization, support critical projects and preparedness efforts, and gain exposure to a broad range of security and resilience programs.

- Support physical security programs and technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related security systems
- Assist with crisis management, emergency preparedness, and incident response activities, helping maintain plans, procedures, and response protocols

- Coordinate and participate in tabletop exercises, training sessions, emergency drills, and after-action reviews to improve organizational readiness
- Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support security, resilience, and operational improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other communications to support program visibility and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Military Studies, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in physical security, emergency management, crisis management, business continuity, resilience, military operations, public safety, critical infrastructure, industrial operations, or related environments
- Experience supporting security systems, emergency response activities, crisis preparedness programs, business continuity initiatives, operational risk management, or resilience programs
- Knowledge of physical security, incident management, emergency management, business continuity, or organizational resilience principles and practices
- Ability to analyze risks, identify solutions, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working within energy, utilities, renewables, manufacturing, industrial, government, military, or other highly regulated environments is valued
- Professional certifications such as PSP, CPP, CBCP, MBCP, CEM, PMP, or similar credentials are valued

- These positions are eligible for ENGIE's hybrid work policy and are not eligible for fully remote work

We are recruiting across two levels, and we will determine appropriate placement based on the candidate's experience and scope. Salary Range will be included in the formal job posting once a specific level of opportunity is determined and posted.
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
