In this part-time role, you will assist with incident management by tracking, reporting, and escalating information to management and stakeholders. You will play an important role in helping prevent, protect, and deter potential risks from materializing and be able to respond quickly if a risk materializes.

To be successful as a Physical Security Control Room Operator, you should have:

• Experience with Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) and Video Management Systems, Security Control Room/Command Centre
• Experience in handling security inquiries and delivering quality incident reports to senior stakeholders in a timely manner
• Experience in Physical Security, Incident Response, and Security Systems
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
• The ability to work with a sense of urgency and contribute to team objectives
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, 12am - 12pm shifts

This role is based in New York, NY, with a salary range of $24.03 to $36.05 per hour. The salary figures include only base pay and do not encompass additional benefits.

Purpose of the role: To develop risk management strategies that support the protection of the bank's regional sites against various threats.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing security services, conducting risk assessments, and reviewing physical controls
• Implementing security policies and controls for systems, applications, and networks
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and training colleagues
• Creating crisis management and contingency plans, including simulations
• Managing stakeholder relationships with colleagues, vendors, and regulatory agencies
