Global Payments is seeking a Lead Physical Security Analyst to manage worldwide security operations from our Cincinnati offices. You will oversee cameras, alarms, access control, and travel risk monitoring while coordinating incident response and reporting to key teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive, collaborative approach. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in security, CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, and proficiency with MS Office and security platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in public safety or corporate security.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with video surveillance and access control.
• Able to work onsite with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate global physical security operations, including surveillance and access control.
• Lead audit/documentation for compliance; manage incident reporting and escalation.
• Support crisis management, emergency notifications, and business resilience activities.

At Global Payments, you help businesses grow by transforming how they accept and manage payments.As a Physical Security Analyst Lead you will act as a central point Analyst for managing emergencies, monitoring all cameras, security systems, alarms, global travel conditions, etc. to identify current or potential issues and implement appropriate solutions ensuring the safety of clients, guests, and team members.What You’ll OwnMonitor and coordinate global physical security operations, including surveillance systems, access control platforms, alarms, emergency response activities, and travel-related risk monitoring to identify threats, mitigate risks, and ensure the safety of employees, clients, guests, and facilities.Lead physical security compliance and reporting functions by maintaining audit documentation, access records, visitor logs, badge activity, alarm reports, and regulatory requirements while recommending process improvements and best practices across global locations.Support crisis management and business resilience efforts by activating emergency notification systems, coordinating communications during incidents, and providing timely escalation and reporting to Incident Management, Crisis Response, and Business Resilience teams.Conduct security investigations and analysis by reviewing access control data, video surveillance, device activity, and tracking systems to identify security concerns, validate findings, implement corrective actions, and support Human Resources, Information Security, and Physical Security initiatives.Serve as a key security operations resource by managing badge administration, overseeing multiple access control and video management platforms, partnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve security issues, supporting system installations and troubleshooting, and conducting malware scanning of external devices to protect corporate systems.What You BringEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as within a teamAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and business partnersKnowledge of multiple operating systemsValid CPR CertificationHigh School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
