Global Payments is seeking a Physical Security Analyst Lead to be based onsite in Cincinnati, OH. You will act as a central point for managing emergencies, monitoring cameras, alarms, and travel-related risk to safeguard employees, clients, guests, and facilities.

You will own security operations, compliance, crisis management, investigations, and badge administration while coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues. 100% onsite with a 6am–2pm EST schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Prior public safety or corporate security experience.
• MS Office — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate global physical security operations including surveillance, access control, alarms, and emergency response to protect employees, clients, guests, and facilities.
• Lead physical security compliance and reporting by maintaining audit records, logs, visitor records, badge activity, and alarm reports while recommending improvements.
• Support crisis management and business resilience by activating emergency notification systems and coordinating communications with Incident Management and Business Resilience teams.
• Conduct security investigations by reviewing access data, video surveillance, device activity, and tracking systems to identify concerns and support corrective actions.
• Manage badge administration and oversee multiple access control and video management platforms; coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve security issues; assist with system installations and malware scanning on external devices.

As a Physical Security Analyst Lead you will act as a central point Analyst for managing emergencies, monitoring all cameras, security systems, alarms, global travel conditions, etc. to identify current or potential issues and implement appropriate solutions ensuring the safety of clients, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Own

• Monitor and coordinate global physical security operations, including surveillance systems, access control platforms, alarms, emergency response activities, and travel-related risk monitoring to identify threats, mitigate risks, and ensure the safety of employees, clients, guests, and facilities.
• Lead physical security compliance and reporting functions by maintaining audit documentation, access records, visitor logs, badge activity, alarm reports, and regulatory requirements while recommending process improvements and best practices across global locations.
• Support crisis management and business resilience efforts by activating emergency notification systems, coordinating communications during incidents, and providing timely escalation and reporting to Incident Management, Crisis Response, and Business Resilience teams.
• Conduct security investigations and analysis by reviewing access control data, video surveillance, device activity, and tracking systems to identify security concerns, validate findings, implement corrective actions, and support Human Resources, Information Security, and Physical Security initiatives.
• Serve as a key security operations resource by managing badge administration, overseeing multiple access control and video management platforms, partnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve security issues, supporting system installations and troubleshooting, and conducting malware scanning of external devices to protect corporate systems.

• Knowledge of multiple operating systems
• Valid CPR Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Prior public safety or corporate security experience
• MS Office - Ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to produce reports, document investigations, produce presentations, etc.
• MS Windows Operation - Understanding of how to navigate common software layouts for window-based systems
• Based 100% onsite at our Cincinnati, OH offices. Schedule 6am - 2pm EST
