Physical, Personnel, Special, and Industrial Security Specialist
Key Role:
Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Apply basic principles, theories, concepts, and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Physical, Personnel, and Spe cia l Security within DoD or government agencies
Knowledge of security policies and procedures, including National Industrial Security Program Supplement and DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3
TS / SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience at the operational level
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Army Security Monitoring ( ASM ) or Spe cia l Security Representative ( SSR ) Certification
SPED Certification such as SFPC, SAPPC, PSC, or SPIIC Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
