Washington Regional Medical Center is seeking a Physical Medicine Tech to support patient care under the supervision of licensed rehabilitation professionals. The role includes preparing treatment areas and equipment, assisting with patient flow, and documenting patient status.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification, with preferred experience in an acute care setting. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in an acute care setting or therapy tech preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist licensed rehabilitation staff with patient care activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Prepare, clean, stock, and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Support patient flow by assisting with transport, setup, positioning, and related therapy support activities.
• Observe and promptly communicate patient responses, status changes, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate licensed team member.
• Complete required documentation and perform other job-related duties as assigned in accordance with department, regulatory, and organizational standards.
