Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care and treatment of patients under supervision of physical therapists.
• Assist therapists to administer treatments and transfer/ambulate/treat patients.
• Maintain infection control programs and safe department conditions.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory; cover front desk when needed.
• Attend department meetings and in-services as appropriate.
• Assist in orientation and training of volunteers and students.
