Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

We are seeking a full-time, BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $310,020 to $317,520, with potential incentives ranging from $96,590 to $146,590. Reduced schedules with pro-rated pay may be available. Additional incentives depend on location, experience, and may include premium pay.
