Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician OR Anesthesiologist Salt Lake City UT

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician OR Anesthesiologist to join our medical practice in the Salt Lake City area of Murray, UT. Our ideal candidate has excellent patient management skills, communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a team to provide the best care. We prefer fellowship-trained anesthesiologists or PM&R physicians proficient in procedures, board eligible or certified, and willing to travel to our other offices, including Providence, UT.

About Us: Our clinics offer specialized, evidence-based, FDA-approved treatments for chronic pain conditions, with nearly 20 years of experience. We use a multidisciplinary approach to reduce pain, improve function, and enhance quality of life, with treatments like nerve blocks, ablations, spinal stimulators, and regenerative injections. Our team includes physicians, PAs, and dedicated staff.

Job Duties:

• Patient care and management, including initial consults and follow-ups
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Oversee diagnosis and treatment plans
• Perform interventional pain procedures
• Assist patients in returning to work post-illness or injury
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues, PAs, and staff for comprehensive care

Requirements:

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehab or Anesthesiology
• Unrestricted medical license in UT
• Favorable malpractice history
• DEA license
• Willingness to travel within UT

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• No call, weekends, or after-hours work
