Role Description

The Associate Medical Director collaborates with the Medical Director and leadership to enhance the hospital's rehabilitation services and clinical care quality. The role involves partnering with the hospital CEO to improve patient satisfaction and clinical rankings, developing relationships with local specialists to promote inpatient rehab, and establishing a visible and accessible presence within the hospital.

Physiatrists will have the opportunity to develop a private practice, managing their own outpatient and inpatient caseloads, with billing handled independently. The hospital supports high patient volumes with dedicated outreach teams to identify suitable candidates.
