Job summary

Pronto AI in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Physical & Facility Security Engineer to secure depots, facilities, fleet vehicles, and critical infrastructure. You will manage access control, visitor management, camera coverage, and coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and vendors across multiple sites.

The role is onsite at our SF office five days a week. Base salary ranges from $167,000 to $230,000 per year, with eligibility for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Partner with the existing CloudKitchens physical security team to support security operations and address coverage gaps.

What you’ll do

As a Physical & Facility Security Engineer, you'll help secure our depots, facilities, fleet vehicles, and critical infrastructure. You'll work closely with our existing physical security team, Facilities, and Operations to protect our sites and equipment.

• Manage facility access control, including badge systems, visitor management, and camera coverage across depots and offices.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in physical or facility security, ideally in fleet, logistics, or industrial environments.

That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $230,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards.
