Job summary

Atoms in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Physical & Facility Security Engineer to protect depots, facilities, fleet vehicles, and critical infrastructure. You’ll administer access control, badge systems, and camera networks across multiple sites and coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and vendors.

You will implement security controls to deter theft and unauthorized access, secure server rooms, and collaborate with the CloudKitchens security team to address coverage gaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical or facility security, ideally in fleet, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience administering access control and camera systems.
• Experience coordinating with Facilities, Operations, and external vendors across multiple sites.
• Experience securing industrial, fleet, depot, or similar operational environments.

What you’ll do

As a Physical & Facility Security Engineer, you'll help secure our depots, facilities, fleet vehicles, and critical infrastructure. You'll work closely with our existing physical security team, Facilities, and Operations to protect our sites and equipment.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in physical or facility security, ideally in fleet, logistics, or industrial environments.

That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $230,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards.
