Job Description

Kingdom East School District is seeking a dynamic Physical Education Teacher to serve students in grades K - 8 at both Sutton Village School and Miller’s Run School. This position is part time, 0.6 FTE. The ideal candidate is a flexible team player who can travel between two schools, provide high quality instruction in physical education aligned with KESD standards, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. There is potential opportunity to increase FTE through Kingdom East After School and Experiential Learning positions within our district. The pay range for this position is $46,267-$89,467.
Sutton and Millers Run Schools are part of the Kingdom East School District, located in the heart of vibrant communities in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We operate seven preK-8th grade schools ranging from 40 to 500 students. Our high school students have “choice” and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools -- Lyndon Institute or St. Johnsbury Academy -- or another high school of their choosing.
We are located about 3 hours from Montreal, Boston and Portland, ME.
