Individuals selected will be responsible for teaching Physical Education and have Activities Manager duties for district. Knowledge and skills required include expertise in
Physical Education instruction for students, curriculum development and delivery, classroom management, student assessment, as well as written and oral communication.
Along with Acativies program management skills.

Cologne Academy (PreKindergarten-8th Grade Public School) – is located in Western Carver County (Cologne) and currently enrolls approximately 750 students between our
onsite and virtual academy. Cologne Academy offers its students an enriched learning experience through the Core Knowledge curriculum and an individualized approach to learning.

• Manage athletic budgets, including equipment, facilities, and staff salaries.

• Oversee hiring and training of coaches.

• Plan and organize athletic events and competitions-Establish game schedules and officials.

• Manage athletic facilities and equipment

• Ensure compliance with athletic rules and regulations

• Promote student-athlete well-being and address disciplinary issues.

• Maintain accurate records of student eligibility, participation, and other related information.

• Communicate effectively with administration, faculty, and staff.

• Willingness to coach 1-2 sports per academic year.
