Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience working on RTL2GDSII physical design.
Experience with physical design flow development.
Understanding of deep sub-micron FinFET and CMOS solid state physics.
Responsibilities
Perform partition synthesis and physical implementation steps.
Develop/improve physical design methodologies.
Collaborate with the ASIC design team.
Skills
Ability to perform partition synthesis
Familiarity with EDA tools
Good scripting skills (csh/bash, Perl, Python, TCL)
