Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience working on RTL2GDSII physical design.
• Experience with physical design flow development.
• Understanding of deep sub-micron FinFET and CMOS solid state physics.

Responsibilities

• Perform partition synthesis and physical implementation steps.
• Develop/improve physical design methodologies.
• Collaborate with the ASIC design team.

Skills

Ability to perform partition synthesis

Familiarity with EDA tools

Good scripting skills (csh/bash, Perl, Python, TCL)

Understanding of CMOS digital design principles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
