Iconic Care in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Physiatry (PM&R) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to round at 1–3 skilled nursing facilities, delivering specialized physiatry care to 25+ patients daily who struggle with therapy participation due to pain or functional limits.
You will perform focused assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions such as joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and medication management, while operating with autonomy on-site
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a physiatrist, you will round at 1-3 Skilled Nursing Facilities or similar rehabilitation centers, 1-3 days per week at each location. Your primary focus will be delivering specialized physiatry care to 25+ patients per day who are experiencing difficulty participating in therapy due to pain or functional limitations.

The pay range for this role is:
