Physiatry Physician – Pennsylvania

We are the largest physiatry‑owned group expanding in the York, PA area. We offer generous compensation, flexible scheduling, and APP profit sharing with no call. Full‑time physicians can earn $350-400k+ providing rehab and pain consults in skilled nursing facilities, including trigger point and joint injections. Part‑time options are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative and pain management services in skilled nursing facilities, including trigger point and joint injections.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, rehabilitative care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients and on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks), and chemical hazards.
• Must wear required PPE per company and/or facility mandates and comply with mandatory vaccination mandates.
