Description: The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist with experience managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions. The physiatrist will provide rehab and pain consults in SNFs, including trigger points and joint injections.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions
2. Develop and implement treatment plans
3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress
4. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care
5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families
