Job description

Seeking a full-time BE/BC Physiatrist for a Medical Director role southwest of Waco, Texas.

Responsibilities and Practice Details:

1. Join an experienced physical medicine physician leadership team.
2. Work in flexible, diverse, and independent practices.
3. Engage in stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab, supplemented with hospital consults, SNF, and/or LTAC.
4. Choose between independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay models.
5. Receive comprehensive management and administrative support to focus on practicing medicine.
6. Utilize an integrated EHR and practice management system for efficient documentation, data capture, and revenue cycle management.
7. Access in-house practice development resources to explore career opportunities.
8. Benefit from in-house recruiting to find the best physiatrist and physician extenders for each practice group.
9. Work within risk management and compliance departments ensuring patient safety and practice integrity.
