Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to work in a 100% outpatient community setting. The role requires board-certified or board-eligible MDs or DOs, with a focus on chronic disease management and pain management. This position offers an expected schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. All necessary expenses will be covered, and timely chart completion is required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible MD or DO.
• Licensed in South Carolina.
• 1 to 3 years experience in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care with a focus on pain management.
• Complete all charts within 48 hours of seeing patients.
• Manage chronic diseases.
• Work in a 100% outpatient FQHC setting.
