Job Summary:

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Jacksonville is seeking a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to help build and lead a new PM&R residency program, starting summer 2026.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be board certified by the American Board of Physician Medicine and Rehabilitation or the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Must meet ACGME requirements, including:
• At least three years of relevant clinical practice.
• At least three years of GME administrative experience and formal academic appointments.
• Recent scholarly activity within the past five years, such as peer reviews, research publications, textbook chapters, or presentations.
• Willing to combine administrative and teaching responsibilities.
• Strong administrative and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
