We are seeking a Medical Director to oversee post-acute care settings. Responsibilities include:

1. Rounding on patients in the post-acute setting 3 days per week to handle PMR needs and mentor NP/PA.
2. Attending monthly meetings and managing administrative duties.

Locations include:

• Lafayette, IN
• Mishawaka, IN
• Prescott, AZ
• Columbia, SC
• Lubbock, TX

Work-Life Balance:

• Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Dedicated administrative hours for effective time management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Lucrative 70/30 compensation split with a stipend exceeding $100K.
