Physical Medicine & Rehab (PM&R) / Pain Management Physician Dallas TX

We are seeking a full-time Pain Management / PM&R Physician to join our expanding medical team at our Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will perform EMG/NCS, provide interventional pain management, and deliver excellent patient care to a diverse patient population.

About us:

Our multispecialty team includes Physicians, PAs/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners dedicated to relieving pain, restoring function, and empowering patients. We offer a comprehensive system of treatments aimed at reducing pain and improving quality of life, including conservative and interventional procedures such as discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and more.

Duties:

1. Patient exams and evaluations, including medical history and relevant imaging
2. Direct patient care, diagnosis, and treatment planning for various pain conditions
3. Perform EMGs/NCS and interventional pain procedures as needed
4. Referral for imaging and consultations with other specialists
5. Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and effectiveness
6. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
7. Coordinate treatment plans with patients and team members
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

1. BC/BE Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) / Physiatrist with fellowship in Pain Management
2. Ability to perform NCS/EMGs and interventional procedures
3. MD or DO with current, active TX license

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $270k to $460k initially, with potential to earn up to $575k based on experience, training, and specialty. We offer competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
