Seeking a Highly Skilled and Compassionate BE/BC Physiatrist

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions. The physiatrist will be responsible for providing rehab and pain consults in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), including trigger points and joint injections.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions
2. Develop and implement treatment plans
3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress
4. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care
5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
