We’re Hiring: We are seeking a passionate, motivated provider to join us full-time and independently offer care and consultations at our contracted facilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Must Live in: San Francisco, CA; Antioch, CA; Tracy, CA; Oakland, CA or Sacramento, CA
Sacramento, Brentwood, San Leandro or Hayward areas preferred
This role would see either see facilities from San Jose to Oakland weekly, and facilities in Sacramento monthly or vice versa, depending on candidate home location, with compensated mileage.
Physician Assistants also welcome to apply.
Primarily responsible for regional oversight of clinical care and facility relationships, you will also round 2-3 days a week at your own designated facility to care for patients who are experiencing difficulty participating in therapy due to pain or functional limitations.
