The Indiana University School of Medicine's Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join its PM&R team in Indianapolis. You will evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy services, document findings, and contribute to restoring function and mobility.

Required qualifications include a CAPTE-approved Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy by date of hire
• CPR certification within 30 days from date of hire

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and treats patients referred for physical therapy services including proper and timely documentation
• Provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities
• Assists in updating and modifying procedures within own working area
• Examines patient's medical history, evaluates their physical abilities, determines potential to respond to therapy, and develops treatment plans
• Follows approved standards of rehabilitative care indicated for the patient's medical symptoms
