Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure.
• DEA registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with physical impairments due to injury, illness, or chronic conditions.
• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care and outpatient PM&R clinic services.
• Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation treatment plans.
• Manage conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, and chronic pain.
• Perform interventional procedures like joint injections and pain-related interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses and rehabilitation goals.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
