Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fargo is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to provide comprehensive care for patients in a high-quality rehabilitation setting. You will round, consult, and develop care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery and reduce complications.

The role requires MD/DO with an active state license, completed PM&R residency, and a commitment to high professional standards.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and current state medical license.
Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; board certification or exam participation preferred.
Current practice in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Provide full-time medical services to patients in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and evaluate patient care policies.
Identify and address clinical concerns affecting patient care and quality of life.
Manage medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions.
Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and daily rounds.
