Connectly Recruiting is assisting a regional Vermont health system in Rutland to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatrist (PM&R) to join a comprehensive rehabilitation and musculoskeletal service line. The role blends outpatient musculoskeletal care, neuro-rehabilitation, EMG/NCS testing, and inpatient consults in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R.
• Active Vermont medical license or eligible for licensure.
• Active DEA registration and CSR (Vermont).

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive clinical evaluation and non-surgical management for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including EMG/NCS, joint injections, soft tissue injections and ultrasound-guided interventions.
• Oversee inpatient rehabilitation consultations and develop individualized functional recovery plans.
• Lead interdisciplinary team conferences with physical, occupational, speech therapy, and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the health system's EHR and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
