Responsibilities

1. Serve as a key medical advisor, evaluating potential investments in rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and physical medicine technologies.
2. Assess clinical viability, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance of early-stage healthcare companies.
3. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), telemedicine, and assistive technologies.
4. Collaborate with entrepreneurs, investors, and healthcare leaders to refine business models and clinical strategies.
5. Participate in due diligence, offering expert opinions on medical feasibility and market impact.
6. Support portfolio companies with clinical expertise, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

1. Board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) with experience in clinical practice, research, or healthcare innovation.
2. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation technology, musculoskeletal medicine, and digital health.
3. Interest in venture capital, healthcare startups, and medical entrepreneurship.
